What are the postage and handling costs?

 

Postage is calculated per order. Please email your order to admin@biodiverse-environmental.com.au for a quote.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

For orders within Australia, please allow 5-10 working days.

 

If you live in a regional or remote area, or overseas, delivery times may be longer. If you require an estimated delivery time for a specific order, please contact us.

 

If there are any delays in supply of your order we will contact you.

 
Do the prices listed include GST?

 

Yes, all prices listed are inclusive of GST.

 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

 

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a major problem such as damage on arrival or if it's significantly different to what you ordered.

 

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within seven days to report the problem. We will organise repair of the item or cover the cost of return and replacement.

 

What happens if you are unable to supply my order?

 

If we are unable to supply all or part of your order for any reason, we will contact you to organise either supply of an alternative product of equal value, or a full refund for items not supplied.

 

Can I submit a bulk order?

 

Yes, but there may be some waiting time on large orders if we are low on stock. If you wish to order more than five nest boxes at once, please contact us directly for a quote and a time estimate.
